We will be bidding the above referenced project as a prime contractor and we are requesting your assistance in identifying and reaching out to the local community of subcontractors and suppliers that may be interested in participating.
DBX, Inc. is interested in soliciting in Good Faith all subcontractors as well as certified DBE companies for this project. Quotes requested from subcontractors and suppliers include but are not limited to the following items:
LEAD COMPLIANCE PLAN; CONSTRUCTION AREA SIGNS; TRAFFIC CONTROL SYSTEM; JOB SITE MANAGEMENT; PREPARE WATER POLLUTION CONTROL PROGRAM; FURNISH ELECTRICAL MATERIALS
Plans and specifications are available for inspection at our office from 8:00 am – 4:00 pm Monday through Friday or from the Owner’s website at: http://ppmoe.dot.ca.gov/des/oe/weekly-ads/oe-project.php?q=07-311904
If you have any questions, need assistance in obtaining bonding, lines of credit, insurance, and any technical assistance or information related to the plans, specifications and requirements for the work, or in obtaining necessary equipment, supplies, materials or related assistance or services that may be required, please feel free to contact our office.
Non-DBE subs/suppliers: Indicate 2nd tier DBE participation offered on your quotation as it will be evaluated with your price. We will work with interested subs/suppliers to identify opportunities to break down items into economically feasible units to facilitate DBE participation.
