In this presentation, government contracts attorney Matthew Schoonover will discuss some of the more significant changes to affect small business federal contractors over the last year, including the Small Business Runway Extension Act, proposed changes to the HUBZone regulations, the consolidation of SDVOSB program regulations, WOSB certification requirements, and more.

Matthew is the managing partner of Koprince Law LLC, a boutique law firm that counsels clients about the unique legal issues they experience working with the federal government. In addition to advising clients about regulatory and socio-economic compliance issues, Matt prepares effective and compliant teaming agreements, subcontracts, mentor/protégé agreements, joint venture agreements, and other key documents.
